F.T.S had purchased all the redundant refrigeration plant from our site and had bought it on the basis they had to remove it. All RAMS insurances licenses were exchanged then they proceeded with the removal they organized all equipment for lifting F.L.T etc all with correct LOLA certification. The job was completed to a high standard removing all evaporators and refrigeration plant they had purchased safely they went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the progress at all times. They also had a contract lift with a 500t crane to remove water chillers and associated gantry's off the roof which was all completed safely correctly. Hi my name is Lee Milward former head of engineering for Premier Foods (Knighton site).
F.T.S purchased various redundant assets which were around our site as we had closed this site and were in the process of decommissioning it ready for sale of the land and buildings. Firstly they removed the C.I.P system completely stripping the room back to its original state removing all tanks electricals pipework and pumps associated with this system. This was completed quickly and safely. They then went on into the factory removing the old powder blowing gantry's these were dismantled to a high standard and removed out of the factory and into the laydown area using all relevant equipment required FLT etc. they left there working areas spotless and were always conscious of health and safety rules which were followed at all times. They loaded 20 plus lorry's with equipment they had purchased all of which they organized and loaded in the designated loading area. I would recommend F.T.S to anyone.
